Although not a few state-owned enterprises (SOEs) are in a healthy condition, however, remain vulnerable to attack the "disease" dangerous. It was raised by President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) when opening the activities of Indonesian-owned Business Expo and Conference (IBBEX) 2010 in Jakarta Convention Center, Senayan, Thursday (23 / 9).
According to him, there are three dangerous diseases which must be observed in state-owned companies. First, the greedy. He explained that the custom of taking, penetrated all but incompatible core business bussines (over extended). "If on the basis of religion, it's called greed, taken upstream to downstream," he said.
Yudhoyono said the greed that resulted in the company would be disabled, even, collapse at any time. In addition, SOEs often used as cash cows. "All SOEs told to do and how to turn on. The company may collapse as well," he said, then added, the contribution of the social state in the country should function as a PSO (Public Service Obligation) CSR needs to be done.
Not only that, said Yudhoyono, also a state-owned enterprises 'bancakan'. "Everybody wants to get personal support in the activities of SOEs," he said.
